I believe that a vegan diet of raw low-fat foods is optimal for humans; However, a diet based on low fat plants is still a wonderful way to start improving your health, losing weight, curing diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, cancer, IBS and Crohn's disease, migraines, etc. !
