How to Get Rid of Toenail Fungus Fast and Naturally


Fungi on toenails, or onychomycosis, are a problem that many people have. Some signs of this are swelling, swelling, yellowing and thickening or crumbling of the nail.

Certain things help fungi grow, such as high levels of acid in the skin, a weak immune system, feet that are always in damp areas, such as shoes or sweaty socks, poor washing habits and diabetes.

If left untreated, nail fungus can cause cracks, cracks and even total nail loss. But do not worry, toenail fungus can be treated without even spending a lot of money. There are different home remedies that can eliminate the infection in one or two months.
Here are some ways to get rid of nail fungus.

Apple cider vinegar
Because apple cider vinegar has acid, it can help block the spread of fungal nail. At the same time, it kills bacteria and fungi.
Mix the same amounts of apple cider vinegar and water. Soak your fingernail in the mixture for 30 minutes a day. When you are finished, dry your toenail very well. If you do this every day for a few weeks, it will help you very quickly.

Tea tree oil
Tea tree oil fights germs and fungi, which helps treat nail fungus. It is also used to treat other types of skin infections.
Mix a few drops of tea tree oil in a teaspoon of olive oil or coconut oil.
Use a cotton ball to put the mixture on your toe.
Leave it on for ten minutes and then use a toothbrush to scrub the nail.
Do this two or three times a day until the nail heals.

Sodium bicarbonate
Baking soda can be found in most kitchens and can also treat nail fungus. It can help block the feet from sniffing too.
Add ½ cup of baking soda, ¼ cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide and ½ cup of Epsom salt to four cups of hot water. Mix the ingredients very well and then add ¼ cup of white vinegar.
Soak the nail in this mixture for about ten minutes.
Wash the foot with clean water and dry it very well.
Do this twice a day for a few weeks.

White vinegar
White vinegar is an excellent way to cure nail fungus because it fights the infection and helps correct the acid level of the skin.
Mix one part of white vinegar with two parts of warm water.
Soak the nail in the mixture for 10-15 minutes.
Rinse your foot and dry well.
Do this twice a day until the fungus is gone.
Note: If this skin hurts, add more water to the mixture and soak your foot in it every other day, instead of every day.

Oregano oil
Oregano oil kills germs, bacteria, parasites, viruses and fungi, and relieves pain. For these reasons, it is a great thing to use to treat nail fungus.
Mix two drops of oregano oil in a teaspoon of olive oil.
Put this mixture on your injured finger.
Leave it for at least 30 minutes.
Wash and dry your toe very well.
Do this once or twice a day for three weeks to make it work.

Listerine mouthwash
Because the mouthwash contains alcohol, it can kill germs to protect against bacteria and fungi. It is used in the mouth to kill the bacteria and germs that are there, and it can also be used to remove nail fungus.
Fill a small tub with Listerine mouthwash, or with a mixture of even amounts of Listerine and white vinegar.
Soak the toe in the mixture for about 30 minutes. Then, rub the toenail lightly.
Wash and dry the toe very well.
Do this once or twice a day, until it heals.

Garlic
Garlic has allicin and ajoene that can kill fungi and treat nail fungus.
Mix the garlic oil with an even amount of white vinegar.
Put the mixture on and around your toenail and cover it with a bandage.
Leave it for a few hours and then remove the bandage.
Do this every day until it heals.
Note: If you do not have garlic oil, you can make yours. Fry two cloves of crushed garlic in two tablespoons of olive oil and then strain the oil.

These cures can only work if you use them in the right way. Test the cures for at least one or two months to work. If you keep trying, you can cure the nail infection and prevent it from happening again.
