See this online workshop on diabetes mellitus (type 2) (effective for the control and cure of diabetes) with Hith Yoga. As everyone has probably heard, yoga can provide a natural cure or control for diabetes and can help you control your blood sugar levels. This can be done by patients who are already suffering or those who have a family tendency or fat belly.
This is a series of 5 day videos created to make yoga easy and feasible for everyone while still obtaining the results. Each video is only about 2 minutes. We have kept it short so you can practice it when you have little time. We have designed it to help you grow in your practice every day from Day 1, being easier and gradually challenging each day more.
The module includes loosening practices, asanas, pranayama and bandhas. Its goal is to reduce abdominal fat, increase metabolism, massage the pancreas and kidneys. Therefore, it is a complete module full of energy.
Once you have learned it, you could complete the module daily. Discipline is the key, so just do it a little if you do not have time but never omit it. And if you practice all of them regularly, you can begin to see the results from the end of the first week. The video also includes common mistakes or contraindications that people make when doing these postures / asanas.
